Department of State Hospitals is Hiring an UNIT SUPERVISOR (SAFETY) Near San Bernardino, CA
Patton State Hospital, Human Resources Department is accepting applications for at least one (1) permanent full-time appointment to the Unit Supervisor (Safety) classification.
Program V is looking for an individual that possesses a high degree of professionalism, initiative, and independence with performing tasks. Candidates must be able to communicate in a courteous, professional, and effective manner with different departments in the hospital. Duties include but are not limited to the ability to exercise tact, good judgement, and confidentiality when dealing with staff and management; ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities. Candidates must be able to coordinate and supervise level of care staff duties in a forensic unit.
All applicants may be pre-screened for breadth and depth of experience. Only the most qualified applicants may be interviewed based on screening criteria. For this reason, it is especially important that applicants take special care in thoroughly and accurately completing the application.
